✅ You must include the receipt or packing slip that came with your order.
❌ Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to a partial refund.

- If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label (at no cost to you).
- Instructions on where and how to return your item.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
We may require photos of the item and packaging for verification.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
